Donor List by Challenge

The donor list lets you track in detail the financial contributions received for each challenge. From this view, you can identify your top fundraisers and monitor each participant's individual progress.

Accessing the donor list​

  1. From the dashboard, select the relevant campaign via the campaign selector
  2. Click on the challenge whose donors you want to view
  3. The list of participants and their raised amounts is displayed

Displayed information​

For each participant in the challenge, the list shows:

Participant nameIdentity of the participant registered in the challenge
Amount raisedTotal donations received by this participant (in euros)

The amount raised per participant corresponds to the total donations that person has mobilized from their network, not a personal donation.

View by challenge​

The donor list is organized by challenge. Each challenge has its own participant list and associated amounts. To view donors for a different challenge, return to the campaign view and select another challenge.

Compare donor lists across your different challenges to identify which formats generate the most engagement and donations.

Participant details​

Click on a participant's name to access their detailed profile. This profile lets you view:

  • The total amount raised by this participant
  • The details of their athletic activities (for performance challenges)
  • The activity feed with photos and data from each session

Tracking and communication​

The donor list is a valuable tool for:

  • Thanking your top fundraisers: identify the most active participants and send them a personalized thank-you message
  • Energizing your campaign: highlight participants who are close to their goal to encourage the final donations
  • Producing reports: use this data for your campaign reviews and internal communications
