Create Your OuiRace Account

To get the most out of the OuiRace platform -- race registration, activity tracking, fundraising, and gamification -- you first need to create an account. Several methods are available depending on your preferences.

Account Creation Methods​

1. Sign Up with Email and Password​

The classic method lets you create an account with your own credentials.

  1. Go to the OuiRace sign-up page.
  2. Fill in the form with the following information:
    • Username: choose a unique handle that will identify you on the platform.
    • Email address: enter a valid email address. It will be used for login and notifications.
    • Password: create a secure password.
  3. Check the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Click Create my account.

Username Tip

Your username will be publicly visible in leaderboards and on your profile. Pick one you'll be proud to display during your races.

2. Sign Up with Google​

If you have a Google account, you can sign up in one click.

  1. On the sign-up page, click the Continue with Google button.
  2. Select your Google account from the popup window.
  3. Grant OuiRace access to your basic information (name, email, profile picture).
  4. Your account is automatically created with the retrieved information.

3. Sign Up with Apple​

Apple users can sign up using their Apple ID.

  1. Click Continue with Apple on the sign-up page.
  2. Authenticate with your Apple ID (Face ID, Touch ID, or password).
  3. Choose whether to share your real email address or use Apple's relay address (Hide My Email).
  4. Your account is created instantly.

If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option, a relay address will be used. Communications from OuiRace will be forwarded to your regular inbox, but your real address will remain private.

If you prefer not to manage a password, OuiRace offers a magic link login method.

  1. On the login page, click Sign in with email.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox: you will receive an email containing a unique login link.
  4. Click the link in the email to access your account directly.
Validity Period

The magic link has a limited validity period. If you don't use it promptly, you will need to request a new one.

After Signing Up​

Once your account is created, you will be redirected to your dashboard. A few actions are recommended to get the most out of the platform:

  • Complete your profile: add your personal information, photo, and verify your email.
  • Connect Strava or Garmin: automatically sync your sports activities.
  • Explore races: browse the catalog of available races and register for your next event.

A complete profile ensures you appear correctly in leaderboards, receive personalized reminders before your races, and fully participate in fundraising challenges.

Common Issues​
