Participant List
The organizer dashboard gives you access to the complete list of participants registered for each of your races. You can search, filter, and view the details of each registration.
Accessing the participant list​
- Log in to your organizer dashboard.
- Select the race whose participants you want to view.
- Click the "Participants" tab.

Participant table​
The list is displayed as a paginated table showing 25 participants per page. Each row contains the key information for a participant.

| PPS Status | Status of the Pass Prevention Sante (races in France) |
| Registration date | Date the participant registered |
| Items | Ordered items (medals, t-shirts) |
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages. The total number of participants is displayed at the top of the list.
Searching for a participant​
A search field is available above the table. You can search for a participant by:
- Name: enter the first or last name.
- Email: enter the full or partial email address.
The search works in real time: results update as you type.

Filtering by PPS status​
You can filter participants by their PPS status (Pass Prevention Sante) to quickly identify those who require action. See PPS Tracking for more details about the different statuses.
The available filters are:
- All: displays all participants.
- Verified: participants whose PPS is valid.
- Pending: PPS submitted but not yet validated.
- Missing: PPS not yet submitted.
- Not required: PPS not required for this participant.
Use the "Missing" filter to quickly spot participants who haven't yet submitted their PPS and follow up with them before the race.
Quick statistics​
At the top of the participants page, quick indicators give you an overview:

| By format | Breakdown of registrations by format (5K, 10K, etc.) |
| PPS complete | Percentage of participants with a valid PPS |
Viewing participant details​
Click on a participant's row to display their detailed information:
- Personal information (name, email, phone).
- Selected format and distance.
- Ordered items and chosen sizes.
- Detailed PPS status.
- Registration date and time.
Available actions​
From the participant list, you can also:
- Invite participants by email.
- Export the list in Excel format.
- Track PPS for each participant.
