Medal Collection

On OuiRace, every completed race can earn you a medal. Medals exist in digital form and, for some races, in physical form. Your personal collection is accessible at any time from your profile.

Digital Medals​

How to earn them​

You receive a digital medal automatically when you finish a race on OuiRace. The medal is instantly added to your collection without any action on your part.

Each digital medal includes:

  • The design: a unique visual created by the race organizer.
  • The race name: the event the medal is associated with.
  • The date: the day you finished the race.
  • Your performance: time, distance, ranking (depending on the race).

Permanent collection

Your digital medals are kept indefinitely in your profile. They serve as a visual record of all your participations on OuiRace.

Viewing your collection​

  1. Sign in to your OuiRace account.
  2. Go to My profile.
  3. Click on the Medals tab.
  4. Browse your medal gallery, sorted by date.

Physical Medals​

Availability​

Some races offer physical medals in addition to the digital medal. The availability of a physical medal depends on the organizer and the race format.

Check during registration

The availability of a physical medal is indicated on the race page, in the articles and options section. If a medal is available, you can select it during the registration process.

Ordering a physical medal​

If a physical medal is offered for a race:

  1. During your race registration, go to the Articles and options step.
  2. Select the Physical medal option (or the specific name given by the organizer).
  3. Some medals are included in the registration fee; others may cost extra.
  4. Confirm your selection and finalize your registration.

Delivery tracking​

After ordering a physical medal, you can track its delivery status from your profile:

StatusDescription
PendingYour order is recorded. The medal will be prepared after the race.
ShippedThe medal has been sent. A tracking number may be available depending on the carrier.
DeliveredThe medal has been delivered to the address on your profile.
Delivery address

Make sure your postal address is correct and up to date in your profile before ordering a physical medal. See the Complete Your Profile guide to update your address.

To check the status of your physical medals:

  1. Go to My profile > Medals tab.
  2. Ordered physical medals display a delivery status indicator.
  3. Click on a medal to see the delivery details.

Medals and Gamification​

Medals contribute to your overall experience on OuiRace:

  • Each medal earned awards you experience points (XP) for the level system.
  • Collecting medals can unlock badges in the "Number of races" category (see Badge System).
  • Your medal collection is visible to other users on your public profile.
Set yourself a goal

Aim for a certain number of medals per season. This gives you extra motivation to register for new races and discover new courses.
