Export Promo Codes
The CSV export lets you download a file containing all your promo codes and their usage statistics, for analysis in a spreadsheet or inclusion in your reports.
Running the export​
- From your organizer dashboard, go to the Promo Codes section.
- Click the Export to CSV button located above the code list.
- The CSV file is generated and automatically downloaded in your browser.

Exported file contents​
The CSV file contains the following columns:

| Code | The alphanumeric promo code string |
| Discount (%) | The discount percentage applied |
| Start date | Code validity start date |
| End date | Code validity end date |
| Uses | Number of times the code has been used |
| Associated race | Name of the race linked to the code |

The export includes all codes, whether active, expired, or having reached their usage limit. This gives you a complete view of your promotions history.
Common use cases​
- Campaign review: after a promotional period, export the codes to analyze which ones were most successful.
- Financial reporting: calculate the total amount of discounts granted by cross-referencing usage data with registration prices.
- Sharing with your team: send the CSV file to collaborators who don't have access to the dashboard.

Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application like Google Sheets or Excel to sort, filter, and create charts from your code usage data.
