Exported file contents
The CSV file contains all the columns visible in the transactions table:
- Transaction date
- Participant (name)
- Amount in euros
- Type (registration or donation)
- Associated race
The exported file respects the filters you have applied. If you filter by a specific race and date range, only the matching transactions will be included in the CSV.
Filtering before exporting
To get a targeted export, apply your filters before clicking the export button:
- By race: export only the transactions for a given race to prepare a specific report.
- By period: restrict the export to a month, quarter, or any other relevant period.
For a complete export of all your transactions, make sure no filters are active before running the export.
Using the CSV file
The CSV file can be opened in:
- Google Sheets: import the file to share it with your team.
- Microsoft Excel: open the file directly to create pivot tables.
- Accounting software: import the data for your financial tracking.
The CSV file contains personal data (participant names). Make sure to store and share it securely, in compliance with GDPR.
