Filter by Race

The filter by race feature lets you restrict all the data displayed on the dashboard to a single race, so you can analyze its performance in isolation.

How to filter

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Locate the race selection dropdown at the top of the page.
  3. Click the dropdown and select the race whose data you want to see.
  4. The KPIs and chart update instantly to reflect only the data for the selected race.

Data affected by the filter

When a race is selected, the following elements are recalculated:

  • Funds raised: shows only the revenue generated by this race.
  • Number of participants: counts only registrants for this specific race.
  • Funds chart: shows only the registrations and donations linked to this race.
info

The Races counter in the KPIs remains unchanged because it represents the total for your organization, regardless of the filter.

Returning to the global view

To display the consolidated data for all your races again, select the All races option (or the default option) from the dropdown.

Use cases

  • Compare performance: filter on different races one after another to compare their results in terms of registrations and donations.
  • Prepare a report: isolate a completed race to prepare a performance report for your sponsors or partners.
  • Monitor an active race: during the registration period, filter on the active race to track progress in real time.
tip

Combine the race filter with the time period selector on the chart for an even more granular analysis. For example, filter on a race and display the week view to see the impact of a recent communication.
