Dashboard

The dashboard is the home page of your organizer space. It gives you an instant overview of your organization's performance on OuiRace.

Accessing the dashboard​

  1. Log in to your OuiRace account.
  2. Click Dashboard in the sidebar menu of the organizer space.
  3. The dashboard displays your key indicators.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

The dashboard features three summary cards at the top of the page:

Funds raised​

The total amount of funds raised by your organization, including registrations and donations. This amount is displayed in euros (EUR).

Participants​

The total number of participants registered across all your races. This figure includes all confirmed registrations.

Races​

The total number of races created within your organization, whether upcoming, in progress, or completed.

The KPIs display data for your entire organization by default. Use the filter by race feature to view statistics for a specific race.

Performance overview​

Below the KPI cards, the dashboard displays the funds over time chart, which lets you visualize the evolution of your revenue (registrations and donations) across different time periods.

Quick navigation​

From the dashboard, you can quickly access other sections of your organizer space via the sidebar menu:

  • Transactions: details of each financial transaction.
  • Promo Codes: management of your promotional codes.
  • Team: management of your organization's members.
  • Settings: configuration of your account and organization.
tip

Check your dashboard regularly to track the progress of your registrations and adjust your communication strategy accordingly.
