Member List

The Team section of your dashboard gives you access to the complete list of people who have access to your organization on OuiRace.

Accessing the list​

  1. From your organizer dashboard, click Team in the sidebar menu.
  2. The list of all your organization's members is displayed.

Displayed information​

For each member, the following information is visible:

EmailMember's email address
RoleRole assigned to the member (admin or member)
Date addedDate the person joined the organization

Available roles​

Two roles exist within an organization:

  • Admin: full access to all dashboard features, including race management, team management, settings, verification, and bank details.
  • Member: primarily read-only access, allowing them to view the dashboard, transactions, and promo codes.

Available actions​

From the member list, you can (if you have the admin role):

  • Change the role of a member by switching them from admin to member or vice versa.
  • Remove a member to revoke their access to the organization.
tip

Keep at least two administrators in your organization. This ensures continued access if one of the admins is unavailable.
