Account Settings

The account settings let you configure the technical aspects of your organization on OuiRace, such as the timezone and currency.

Accessing settings

1. From your organizer dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. The configuration page is displayed with your current settings.

Timezone

Configure the timezone used for displaying dates and times in your dashboard. This setting affects:

• Dates displayed in the transaction history.
• Timestamps in charts.
• Promo code validity dates.

The default timezone is metropolitan France (Europe/Paris). If you organize races in other timezones, adjust this setting accordingly.

Currency

The currency determines the monetary unit used for displaying amounts in your dashboard and on your race pages.

• Default currency: EUR (Euro)

tip

Make sure the configured currency matches your bank account's currency to avoid confusion when tracking your finances.

Account deletion

The settings page includes an option to delete your organizer account.

Procedure

1. Scroll down to the Delete account section.
2. Click the Delete button.
3. A confirmation dialog appears asking you to validate this irreversible action.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your organization's data will be deleted, including races, transactions, and settings. Make sure you have exported all necessary data before proceeding.

Before deleting

Before deleting your account, we recommend that you:

• Export your transactions to keep a financial history.
• Export your promo codes to save your promotional data.
• Inform your team members about the upcoming deletion.

Saving changes

After modifying the timezone or currency, click Save to apply the changes.
