Edit the Organization Profile

Your organization's profile contains the information displayed publicly and used for administrative management. You can update it at any time from your dashboard.

Accessing organization settings​

  1. From your organizer dashboard, click Organization in the sidebar menu.
  2. The organization profile form is displayed with the current information.

Editable information​

Your organization's official name, as it appears on administrative documents and communications with participants.

Website​

Your website URL. This link may be displayed on your race pages to let participants learn more about your organization.

Contact information​

Update your contact email and phone number. This information is used so participants can reach you with questions.

Address​

Your organization's physical address. It may be required for administrative and billing purposes.

Some profile information may be visible to participants on your race pages. Make sure it is up to date and professional.

  1. Click the logo area or the associated edit button.
  2. Select an image file from your computer.
  3. The new logo is previewed before saving.
  4. Save to apply the change.

tip

Use a square logo (e.g., 512x512 pixels) in PNG or JPG format for optimal display across all platform pages.

Saving changes​

After editing the desired fields, click Save to apply the changes. The modifications take effect immediately.

warning

Only members with the admin role can edit the organization profile. If you don't see the editing form, check your role in the member list.
