Organization Branding
Your organization's branding is displayed on every public campaign page. It strengthens your visual identity and inspires trust in visitors, whether they are potential donors or future participants.
Displayed branding elements
Organization name
Your association's name is displayed prominently at the top of the campaign page. It is the first element visitors see and identify.
Make sure your name is:
- Complete and official (no ambiguous abbreviations)
- Consistent with your communication on other channels
- Easily recognizable by your community

Logo
Your logo is displayed next to the organization name. It provides immediate visual recognition.
A professional-quality logo significantly boosts the credibility of your campaign. If your association doesn't have a logo yet, consider creating one before launching your first campaigns.
To change your logo, go to your profile settings.

Description
Your organization's description provides context for your campaign. It explains who you are, what cause you champion, and why visitors should support you.
A good campaign description:
- Starts with the essentials: your association's mission in one sentence
- Presents the cause: why this fundraiser matters
- Shows the impact: what donations concretely achieve
- Stays concise: visitors skim content quickly
Branding's impact on trust
Branding plays a decisive role in a visitor's decision to donate or participate in a challenge:
| Element | Impact |
|---|---|
| Professional logo | Strengthens the organization's credibility and legitimacy |
| Recognizable name | Makes identification easier and reassures the visitor |
| Clear description | Explains the cause and motivates action |
Studies on fundraising platforms show that a campaign page with complete branding (logo, name, description) receives significantly more donations than an incomplete page.
Consistency with your other channels
To maximize your branding's impact, ensure consistency between:
- Your OuiRace campaign page
- Your official website
- Your social media profiles
- Your communication materials (flyers, newsletters)
Visual inconsistencies across your different channels can raise doubts among donors. Use the same visual elements everywhere.
Updating your branding
All branding elements are configurable from your organization profile:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to the profile settings
- Edit the name, logo, or description
- Save your changes
Changes are immediately visible on all your public campaign pages.
