Complete the Organization Profile
A complete organization profile is essential to build trust with participants and to meet legal requirements. Some information is required before you can publish a race.
Access organization settings​
- Sign in to your organizer dashboard.
- In the sidebar menu, go to the Organization section.
- Click Edit to access the editing form.

Information to provide​
Organization identity​

A high-quality logo improves the visibility of your races in search results and strengthens your organization's credibility with participants.

SIRET number​
The SIRET (Systeme d'Identification du Repertoire des Etablissements) is the unique identifier for your establishment in France. It consists of 14 digits.
The SIRET number is required for legal compliance. Without a SIRET on file, you will not be able to publish races or receive payments on OuiRace.

Upload your logo​
- Click on the logo upload area or the Choose a file button.
- Select an image from your computer.
- A preview is displayed immediately. Verify that the framing is correct.
- Click Save to confirm.
Accepted formats are JPG and PNG. The recommended maximum file size is 2 MB. The image will be automatically resized for display on the platform.

Save your changes​
After filling in all the information, click the Save button at the bottom of the form. A confirmation message will appear upon success.
Why complete the profile?​
- Publishing races: an incomplete profile prevents you from publishing your events.
- Participant trust: a complete profile with a logo and contact information reassures registrants.
- Legal compliance: the SIRET is required for payment processing in France.
