KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory procedure required by financial regulations. It allows OuiRace to verify the identity of the legal representative and the legitimacy of the organization before authorizing fund transfers.

Mandatory verification

You will not be able to receive payments until KYC verification is approved. We recommend completing it as soon as you create your organization.

Access KYC verification

1. Sign in to your organizer dashboard.
2. In the sidebar menu, go to the Organization section.
3. Click on the KYC Verification tab or follow the alert banner displayed on the dashboard.

Required documents

You need to provide two categories of documents:

1. Legal representative's ID document

Upload both sides of your ID document:

Document	Description
Front (front side)	Photo, last name, first name, date of birth visible
Back (back side)	Additional information, signature

Accepted documents are:

• National identity card (CNI)
• Passport (main page)
• Valid residence permit

Document quality

Make sure the photos are clear, well-lit, and readable. Documents that are blurry, cropped, or expired will be rejected during verification.

2. Business document (KBIS)

The KBIS is an extract from the trade and companies register. It certifies the legal existence of your organization.

• The KBIS must be less than 3 months old.
• For associations, an extract from the Official Journal or a prefecture declaration receipt may be accepted.

Upload process

1. Click the upload area for each document (front, back, KBIS).
2. Select the file from your computer (formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF).
3. Review the preview for each document.
4. Click Submit verification to send your documents.

Verification statuses

Your KYC verification goes through several stages:

Status	Description
Not started (not_started)	No documents have been submitted
In progress (in_progress)	You have started uploading documents but the submission is not finalized
Under review (under_review)	The documents have been submitted and are being reviewed by the OuiRace team
Approved (approved)	The verification is validated; you can receive payments
Rejected (rejected)	One or more documents were rejected. Check the stated reason and submit new documents

Processing time

Verification is performed manually by the OuiRace team. The typical timeline is 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when the status is updated.

In case of rejection

If your verification is rejected:

1. Check the rejection reason displayed on the dashboard.
2. Prepare new documents that address the identified issue.
3. Upload the new documents and resubmit the verification.

The most common rejection reasons are:

• Unreadable or poor-quality document
• Expired document
• Inconsistent information between the ID document and the profile data
• KBIS older than 3 months
