Accept the Terms of Use
Accepting the terms of use is a mandatory step for any organizer who wishes to publish races on OuiRace. It formalizes the contractual relationship between your organization and the platform.
Why is this step required?​
The terms of use define:
- The organizer's obligations (event quality, participant management, refunds).
- OuiRace's obligations (platform availability, payment processing).
- The commissions and fees applied to registrations.
- The responsibilities of each party in the event of a dispute or cancellation.
You will not be able to publish a race until the terms of use have been accepted. This step is independent of the other verifications (KYC, bank details).
Access the terms of use​
- Sign in to your organizer dashboard.
- If the terms have not yet been accepted, an alert banner is displayed at the top of the dashboard.
- Click the link in the banner or go to Organization to access the terms window.

Acceptance process​
1. Read the terms​
A modal window opens with the full text of the terms of use. The content is scrollable so you can read it in its entirety.
We recommend reading the terms carefully in full. They contain important information about commissions, transfer timelines, cancellation policies, and your responsibilities as an organizer.

2. Accept​
At the bottom of the modal window, click the "Accept the terms of use" button. Your acceptance is then recorded with a precise timestamp (date and time).
3. Confirmation​
A confirmation message appears and the alert banner disappears from the dashboard. You can now publish races.
View the terms at any time​
Even after accepting them, you can re-read the terms of use at any time:
- From the dashboard, go to the Organization section.
- You will find a link to the terms along with the date and time of your acceptance.
- The terms are also publicly available on the Terms of use page.
If the terms of use are updated, you will be notified and asked to accept the new version. The history of your previous acceptances is preserved.
