Set Up Your Bank Details
To receive the revenue from registrations for your races, you need to provide your bank details and submit a supporting document. This step is essential for fund transfers.
Prerequisites​
Before setting up your bank details, make sure your KYC verification has been approved. Both steps are required to activate payments.
Access the bank details settings​
- Sign in to your organizer dashboard.
- In the sidebar menu, go to the Transactions section.
- Click on the Payment tab.

Information to provide​
Bank details​

| BIC | Yes | Bank Identifier Code (e.g.: BNPAFRPP) |
| Beneficiary name | Yes | Exact name as it appears on the bank account |
The beneficiary name must exactly match the name of the registered organization or legal entity. Any inconsistency will result in a rejection of the bank verification.
Bank statement (RIB)​
You must also upload a RIB (Releve d'Identite Bancaire / Bank Identity Statement) to prove that you are the account holder.
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, or PNG.
- The RIB must clearly show the IBAN, BIC, and account holder name.
- You can usually download your RIB from your bank's online portal.

Submission process​
- Enter your IBAN in the designated field.
- Enter your BIC.
- Provide the beneficiary name exactly as it appears on the RIB.
- Click the upload area to upload your RIB.
- Review all the information, then click Save.
Bank verification statuses​
After submission, your bank details go through a validation process:

Not submitted (not_submitted) | No bank details have been provided |
Pending (pending) | The information has been submitted and is being verified |
Approved (approved) | The details are validated; transfers can be processed |
Rejected (rejected) | The information was rejected. Check the reason and correct the data |
Bank verification is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified by email when the status changes.

Update approved bank details​
You can update your bank details at any time. However:
If you modify bank details that have already been approved, the status will automatically reset to "Pending" and a new verification will be required. During this time, transfers will be suspended.
To update your details:
- Go to Transactions then Payment.
- Click Edit bank details.
- Update the necessary fields and upload a new RIB if needed.
- Click Save to submit for re-verification.
