Campaign KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) give you a concise view of each campaign's progress. They are displayed as cards at the top of the campaign view in your dashboard.

Available indicators

Total challenges

This KPI shows the total number of challenges created in the selected campaign, across all statuses (draft, published, finished). It gives you an overview of the volume of challenges you have set up.

Participants

The total number of registered participants across all challenges in the campaign. A participant registered in multiple challenges is counted once per challenge.

info

Tracking participant numbers lets you evaluate the reach of your campaign and the effectiveness of your communication.

Amount raised (EUR)

The total sum of donations received across all challenges in the campaign, expressed in euros. This is the primary indicator for measuring the financial success of your fundraiser.

Distance covered (km)

The cumulative kilometers completed by all participants in the campaign. This indicator only applies to performance-type challenges with a kilometer goal.

tip

The total distance covered is an excellent communication tool. Share this figure on your social media to showcase your community's engagement: "Together, we've covered 12,500 km for the cause!"

Active challenges

The number of challenges currently published and in progress (i.e., whose end date has not yet passed). This KPI tells you how many challenges are actively engaging participants right now.

KPI display and reading

The KPI cards are arranged in a row at the top of the campaign overview. Each card features:

  • A label describing the indicator
  • The numeric value prominently displayed (large format)
  • An associated icon for quick visual identification

Data updates

KPIs are calculated in real time:

  • Donations are counted as soon as they are validated
  • Athletic activities synced via Strava or Garmin are integrated automatically
info

If you notice a discrepancy between a participant's activities and the KPIs, verify that the Strava/Garmin sync is active on the participant's profile.

Leveraging your KPIs

Campaign KPIs help you:

  • Steer your campaign: identify the best-performing challenges and replicate their characteristics
  • Communicate your results: use the figures for your reports, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Adjust your strategy: if a challenge isn't meeting its goals, analyze the KPIs to understand why and adapt your approach
