Edit Your Profile

Your OuiRace profile centralizes all your personal information. A complete profile allows you to register for races more quickly and avoid reminders before each event.

Accessing Your Profile​

  1. Sign in to your OuiRace account.
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner, then select My profile.
  3. The Profile tab is displayed by default.

Editing Your Personal Information​

From the Profile tab, you can update the following fields:

  • First and last name: used for your bibs and official results.
  • Date of birth: required to determine your age category.
  • Gender: required for gender-based ranking.
  • Athletic goals: share your ambitions (finish a marathon, improve your time, etc.).
  • Race preferences: types of races you are interested in (trail, road, triathlon, etc.).
Required fields

The email, username, and language fields are required. Without them, you will not be able to save your changes.

Profile Photo​

To add or change your photo:

  1. Click the camera icon on your current avatar.
  2. Select an image from your device.
  3. Crop if necessary, then confirm.

Tip

Use a recognizable photo: it will appear on your results and public profile.

Address and Phone Number​

Enter your postal address and phone number with the country code (for example +33 for France). This information is used for race logistics (bib shipping, last-minute information).

Email Verification​

If you change your email address, verification is required:

  1. Enter your new email address and save.
  2. A 6-digit code is sent to the new address.
  3. Enter the code in the verification field.
  4. Your email is confirmed.

Until verification is complete, the old email address remains active on your account.

Phone Verification​

Phone number verification follows the same process:

  1. Enter your number with the country code.
  2. An SMS containing a 6-digit code is sent to you.
  3. Enter the received code to validate your number.

Profile Completeness​

OuiRace checks your profile completeness before each race. If information is missing, you will receive reminders asking you to complete:

  • Your last name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your gender

Complete your profile now to avoid these reminders before each registration and speed up future sign-ups.
