Manage Connections
OuiRace integrates with third-party sports platforms to enhance your experience. From the Connections tab, you can manage the links between your OuiRace account and your Strava or Garmin accounts.
Accessing Your Connections​
- Go to your profile by clicking your avatar, then My profile.
- Select the Connections tab.
You can also access it directly via the URL /my-profile/connections.

Available Services​
OuiRace currently offers connections with two platforms:
| Service | Description |
|---|---|
| Strava | Synchronize your activities and share your performances with the Strava community. |
| Garmin | Link your Garmin watch to automatically import your activity data. |
Viewing Your Connection Status​
The Connections tab clearly displays the status of each service:
- Connected: the service is linked and active. You will see the name of your associated account.
- Not connected: the service is not yet linked to your OuiRace account.

Connecting a Service​
If you have not yet linked Strava or Garmin, see the dedicated guides for the full procedure:
Connecting with Strava or Garmin lets you automatically get your race results synchronized, enrich your profile with your sports statistics, and share your participations with your community.
Disconnecting a Service​
If you want to remove the link with a service:
- Go to the Connections tab.
- Find the service you want to disconnect.
- Click the Disconnect button.
- Confirm your choice in the dialog box.

By disconnecting a service, automatic synchronization of your activities will be interrupted. Historical data already imported into OuiRace will not be deleted.
Reconnecting a Service After Disconnection​
If you change your mind after disconnecting a service:
- Go to the Connections tab.
- Click the Connect button next to the desired service.
- You will be redirected to the third-party service authorization page (Strava or Garmin).
- Authorize OuiRace to access your data.
- You are redirected back to OuiRace with the connection restored.
When reconnecting, you will need to authorize OuiRace again from the third-party service, even if you had done so previously.
Troubleshooting​
- Connection fails: make sure you are signed in to your Strava or Garmin account in your browser before starting the procedure.
- Activities are not synchronizing: disconnect and then reconnect the service. If the problem persists, contact OuiRace support.
- Deleted third-party account: if you have deleted your Strava or Garmin account, the connection will still appear as active in OuiRace. Disconnect it manually to clean up your profile.
