View Your Registrations

The Registrations tab of your profile gathers all your race participations on OuiRace, whether upcoming or already completed.

Accessing Your Registrations​

  1. Go to your profile by clicking your avatar, then My profile.
  2. Select the Registrations tab.

You can also access it directly via the URL /my-profile/registrations.

Upcoming Races​

The Upcoming sub-tab displays all the races you are registered for that have not yet taken place. For each registration, you will find:

  • The race name and event date.
  • The distance or chosen format.
  • Your registration status (confirmed, pending payment, etc.).

Plan ahead for race day

Regularly check your upcoming races so you do not miss any important information from the organizer (bib pickup times, instructions, etc.).

Completed Races​

The Completed sub-tab displays your past races with your results:

  • Date of the race.
  • Distance covered.
  • Time achieved.
  • Position in the overall and/or category ranking.

Results are published by organizers and may take a few hours to appear after the race.

Registration Details​

Click on a registration to access its detail page, available at /my-registration/:slug. This page contains:

  • A full summary of your registration (distance, selected options, etc.).
  • Your personal QR code used for check-in on race day.
  • Practical information provided by the organizer.

QR code required

On race day, present your QR code when picking up your bib. You can display it on your phone or print it beforehand.

Practical Tips​

  • Verify your information before the race: name, first name, and category must be correct for official rankings.
  • Save a screenshot of your QR code in case you do not have internet access at the race venue.
  • If you notice an error in your results, contact the race organizer directly.
