AI-Assisted Creation

OuiRace includes an AI-powered creation assistant (Mistral) that lets you generate the details of your race from a simple natural-language description.

How it works​

Instead of manually filling in each field of the creation form, you can describe your race in a sentence and let the AI generate the information for you.

Example prompts​

Here are some sample descriptions you can use:

  • "Create a 10K charity race in Paris on March 15"
  • "25 km trail race in the Alps on June 20 with a discovery format at 15 euros"
  • "A charity half-marathon in Lyon starting at 9am on April 5, price 30 euros"
Be specific

The more detailed your description, the better the result. Include if possible: the distance, location, date, activity type, price, and whether it is a charity or competitive event.

Use AI creation​

  1. From the organizer dashboard, click "Create a race".
  2. Find the "AI-assisted creation" section at the top of the form.
  3. Type your description in the free text field.
  4. Click "Generate".

Preview and customize​

After generation, the AI automatically fills in the following fields:

All fields generated by the AI are suggestions. You retain full control and can modify any element before confirming the creation of your race.

Review the generated content​

Before confirming, take the time to check:

  1. The title: is it clear and appealing?
  2. The description: does it accurately reflect the spirit of your race?
  3. The formats: do the distances and prices match your plan?
  4. The dates: are they correct?
  5. The activity type: did the AI correctly identify your discipline?

Demo mode (fallback)​

If the AI service is temporarily unavailable, OuiRace automatically activates a demo mode. In this case:

  • The form offers pre-filled example values.
  • You can edit these values manually.
  • No intelligent generation is performed.
Service availability

Demo mode is a fallback mechanism. Under normal circumstances, the AI service is available at all times. If you frequently encounter demo mode, contact OuiRace support.

Next steps​

Once the generated fields are reviewed and customized:

  1. Click "Create" to save your race as a draft.
  2. Complete the additional information: GPX route, articles, etc.
  3. Submit your race for approval.
